Nordic Couture

Nordic Couture
At SOLVEIG LUNDBÆK, we can design your custom-made couture wedding dress together with you.
The couture wedding dress is one-of-a-kind and beyond our Butterfly collection. We call it Nordic Couture because our designs reflect the modern Nordic style – simple yet refined, in the most delicate materials.
Starting with your inspiration, you will work closely with Solveig and our skilled team to create and plan the unique design of your wedding dress.

01
First complimentary dress fitting
- Based on your wishes and our Nordic Couture collection, we will create your dream wedding dress together. Materials are selected, and basic measurements are taken, after which you will receive a price and a written offer by email. Once you approve this and payment is made, your dress journey begins.
02
First fitting
- An early version of the wedding dress is sewn in test fabric. It is adjusted before it is cut and tailored in the final materials. Some design changes can be agreed upon, and material selection can be supplemented within the offer's framework.
03
Second fitting
- Fitting of your wedding dress in the actual materials. Final adjustments and decisions on a possible veil are made.
04
Possible third fitting
- A Nordic Couture wedding dress may require an additional fitting, as it is a slightly more complicated dress process. This will be assessed by Solveig.
05
Pickup
- On the pickup day, your wedding dress is fully completed. It is tried on one last time in the Atelier to ensure everything fits perfectly.
